At the end of the week rush at the markets, I grabbed two bags of passionfruit for $1 each!  These were turned into fantastic passionfruit curd using this recipe…

Strawberries have recently become incredibly cheap as the Queensland season gears up, selling for as little as three punnets for $4, so as well as making salads with the wonderful combination of late season citrus and new season strawberries…
